Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE



We are hiring a Concierge to join our team in Abu Dhabi! As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your main duties include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations and recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their inquiries
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment, etc.
- Provide information about local attractions and events
- Arrange for special requests or services for guests
- Maintain knowledge of current events and local activities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
