Senior Architecture Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to develop designs for various projects
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of projects from conception to completion
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design techniques and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in La-Condamine. While we prefer candidates who are already located in La-Condamine or nearby areas, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
