Job Title: Entry Level Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Architecture Manager in La-Condamine. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and looking to kickstart their career.

As an Entry Level Architecture Manager, you will assist in managing and overseeing the design and construction of various projects. You will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop project plans and designs
- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Review architectural drawings and provide feedback to improve design efficiency and functionality
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, reports, and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or construction industry
- Knowledge of sustainability principles in architecture design
- Ability to speak French fluently
Salary: 1400$ .City: La-Condamine
