Senior Land Surveyor


As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing land surveying projects in the city of Copenhagen. Your main duties will include conducting surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports for various land development projects. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of junior surveyors and providing them with guidance and training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Prepare accurate reports and maps for clients based on survey findings
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervise a team of junior surveyors, providing them with guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation in Copenhagen. We also provide our employees with free travel visas and tickets for international candidates.
