Office Manager (Contract Position in Esbjerg, Denmark)
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, plus free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Supervise and support office staff to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Handle employee onboarding procedures and maintain employee records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
