Part-Time Architectural Designer
Location: Randers, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Randers on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various architectural projects, both residential and commercial.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the design is feasible and meets all technical requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
