Office Assistant in St. Petersburg, Russia
Our company is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and mailing
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm.
