Senior Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that our projects are executed according to the highest standards of quality, functionality, and design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all project designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits for inspections and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Kenya
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience working on projects involving sustainable design
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
