We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as previous experience in sales or business development. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the same industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
