We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and increasing sales revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with them
- Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support when needed
- Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for upper management

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same or similar industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is also required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
