Our property management company is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our properties, ensuring that they are kept in excellent condition. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing and electrical work
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with building systems or equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Coordinate with contractors for larger repair jobs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using common hand and power tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1200 per month
