Part-Time Baker

We are seeking a skilled part-time Baker to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for additional income or balancing work with other commitments. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and knowledge of different techniques and ingredients. You must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders when necessary
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certificate in Baking/Pastry Arts
or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a commercial bakery
environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this part-time position.
