A renowned bakery in Oslo, Norway is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and quality standards
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional techniques and equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings, icings, or fillings as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and tools
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored for freshness
- Collaborate with other team members to plan production schedules and tasks
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugars, fats, eggs, dairy products, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong understanding of baking techniques
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position that may require availability on weekends or holidays. Accommodation can be provided if necessary. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This position is also suitable for students interested in gaining professional baking experience.
