Responsibilities:

- Providing accurate and helpful information regarding our products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
