Architectural Technologist for Contract Project in Fonvieille


We are in need of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team for a contract project in Fonvieille. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, designing, and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills in architectural drafting, building codes, and construction methods. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed technical drawings
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress of construction projects
- Review building plans and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Use software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Communicate any design changes or issues to the project team
- Research new materials and techniques to improve project efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting techniques and software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
