Temporary Concierge in Greenland

We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Greenland. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, making reservations and recommendations, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. This is a temporary position with the potential for future employment opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel and local area
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, attractions, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Monitor guest feedback and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Greenland
