Network and Systems Administrator

A reputable IT company in Copenhagen is looking for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field, as we are willing to provide training and support to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network and systems infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement solutions
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
