Part-Time Librarian
Location: Odense, Denmark


We are in need of a part-time Librarian to join our team in Odense. As a Librarian, you will play a crucial role in providing library services to our patrons. You will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting with research requests, and promoting library resources and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize library collections, including cataloging materials and maintaining inventory
- Assist patrons with research inquiries and provide guidance on how to access and use library resources
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote the library's resources and services
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage the community
- Stay up-to-date on current trends, technologies, and best practices in the library field
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with finding materials, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Train new employees or volunteers on library procedures and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a library setting is a plus
- Knowledge of library systems such as cataloging software, databases, and digital resources
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of patrons
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule will include evenings and weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
