Barista



As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages to our customers in our cafe located in Kolding. Your primary duties will include brewing and grinding coffee beans, creating latte art, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee-based beverages including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Grind and brew coffee beans according to customers' preferences
- Create latte art to enhance the visual appeal of our beverages
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe at all times
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our menu items
- Maintain relationships with regular customers and ensure their satisfaction with their orders
- Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to create latte art is considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish language skills are also preferred)

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Kolding
