Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Vejle. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and experience working in the construction industry. This position is open to all genders, however, we strongly encourage women to apply.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure project designs meet specifications
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related role
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off and opportunities for professional development. This position is based in Vejle but may require travel within Denmark or internationally.
