Teamlead - Biometric Passport Production (Entry Level)

We are a leading biometric passport production company based in Svalbard, Norway. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology allow us to produce secure and efficient biometric passports for our clients worldwide.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Teamlead in the Biometric Passport Production department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality passports.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers in the process of producing biometric passports.
- Monitor and maintain production schedule to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Train new team members on production procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of passports.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate order requirements and resolve any production-related issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
