Part-Time Teamlead in Svalbard

We are hiring a part-time Teamlead to join our growing team in Svalbard. As a Teamlead, you will oversee a team of employees and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to complete projects and tasks
- Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and workload
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software programs

Location: This position is based in Svalbard but can also be done remotely.

Compensation: Salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
