Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability for our hotel in Roskilde. You will work closely with the hotel's senior management team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as corporate partnerships, travel agencies, and online platforms
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to create attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management on a regular basis
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel's offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform sales strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Roskilde or be eligible for sponsorship
