Entry-Level Baker

We are seeking a talented and hardworking Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Randers. As an Entry-Level Baker, you will assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also help with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience in baking. We welcome applicants of all genders to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with mixing and shaping dough for various breads and pastries
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and present finished products
- Clean work area, utensils, and equipment after use
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
