Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Construction Specialist (Siauliai, Lithuania)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning infrastructure projects based on client requirements and regulatory standards
- Conducting site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Overseeing construction progress and ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications
- Identifying potential construction issues or risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary approvals for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required
- Experience working on infrastructure projects in Lithuania or other European countries
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 USD per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. Students studying civil engineering are also encouraged to apply.
