Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Commercial Architect to join our team in Eschen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that plans are being followed accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are being followed
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (open to candidates from other countries with valid work permits)
