Job Title: Senior Architect - Residential Design Specialist

As a Senior Architect for our firm in the vibrant city of Os, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of residential projects. Your expertise in residential design and knowledge of local building regulations will be essential as you lead a team of architects and collaborate with clients to bring their visions to life. With your strong eye for detail and ability to think creatively, you will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your excellent communication skills will also be key as you work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for residential projects from concept development to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide technical support as needed
- Resolve any design issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in residential design projects
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations and sustainability standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
