We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Design and Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning process for various architectural projects. Your expertise in project management, technical knowledge, and creative vision will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning process for architectural projects from concept development to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the selection and coordination of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Norway is preferred but not required
