Junior Florist

As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting the head florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is passionate about flowers and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, arranging and packaging floral bouquets and centerpieces
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Receive and process flower orders from customers
- Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Follow proper techniques for handling, cutting and caring for flowers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and answering inquiries

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and their care requirements (training will also be provided)
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Italian language skills would be a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1300 per month (accommodation included)
Location: La Condamine, Monaco (willingness to relocate preferred)
