Junior Web Developer

We are a growing web development company based in Faroe-Islands and we are currently looking for a talented Junior Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and advance their career in web development.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside our experienced team of developers and designers to develop and maintain websites and web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to improve website functionality
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as AngularJS or React is a plus
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning
