Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are a growing architecture firm based in Randers, seeking an experienced and driven Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and oversee project timelines
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
