Office Manager - English Speaking (Pakistani) in Boston, USA
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Boston. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational tasks within the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Act as the main point of contact for all employees, clients, and vendors
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
