Job Title: Industrial Alpinist - Building Maintenance and Repair

We are in need of a skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing building maintenance and repair tasks in high-rise buildings using specialized techniques and equipment. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at great heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify repair needs
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, caulking, and window cleaning using rope access techniques
- Install and replace building components such as windows, facade panels, and signage
- Use specialized tools and equipment safely to complete tasks at height
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working at height
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or other rope access work
- Experience in building maintenance, repair, or construction is preferred
- Ability to work at height, in various weather conditions, and physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of safety protocols while working at height
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency is required

Salary: 1600$ per month
