Machine Learning Engineer

We are a fast-growing tech company based in the US, and we are seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize machine learning models for predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and other applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques.
- Develop data pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.
- Conduct experiments to analyze the performance of different algorithms and fine-tune them for optimal results.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure they continue delivering accurate predictions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred:
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for building scalable machine learning solutions.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: US (remote work options available)
