We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Os, located in the picturesque country of Spain. As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our architectural projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and design concepts
- Review architectural plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or concerns
- Lead meetings with clients to discuss project progress, changes, or any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies related to architecture to improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1300 per month based on experience. This position also includes benefits such as health insurance coverage.
