Senior Architectural Manager
As a Senior Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects in the city of Os. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You must have extensive experience in the field of architecture, with a strong understanding of design principles and building codes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project. Previous experience in project management is also preferred. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, from initial concept to final completion
- Manage a team of architects and coordinate their work to ensure timely delivery
- Review design plans and ensure they comply with building codes and regulations
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design recommendations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect or architectural manager
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in project management is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an asset
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid work visa for Os (if applicable)
