Entry-Level Solar Installer


As an Entry-Level Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work alongside experienced solar installers to learn the necessary skills and techniques to become a successful installer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on rooftops or ground-mounted locations
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations while working at heights
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel placement
- Assist with wiring and connecting solar panels to inverters and electrical systems
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar panel systems as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and construction principles preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job duties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
