Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide valuable insights for decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions accordingly
- Utilize various tools such as SQL, Tableau, R or Python for data analysis and visualization
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes and implement necessary changes
- Communicate complex findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a data analytics role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in SQL and one or more programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
