We are in need of an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our projects in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within scope, budget, and timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize productivity
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
