Data Analytics Specialist


We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Aarhus. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets from various sources
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Use statistical methods and tools to analyze data and validate findings
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aarhus (accommodation can be provided if needed)
