Entry Level Administrative Assistant in Esbjerg, Denmark

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. We welcome candidates without prior experience as training will be provided.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of basic office equipment is also required.
