Office Manager
A growing company in Horsens is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and have a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure efficient and effective use of office resources
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Valid work visa for Denmark
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
