We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Kolding. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to develop innovative and functional designs for various projects
- Conduct site visits and evaluate building sites to determine feasibility and potential challenges
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project goals are met within budget and timeline
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to lead a team effectively while also being hands-on with design work
