As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. You will use various statistical and analytical tools to extract valuable insights from the data that will help inform business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data-mining techniques and the ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Develop data-mining processes and algorithms to extract meaningful information
- Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data mining technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data mining or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
