Preservation Architect



We are in search of a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while maintaining their original design and features.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of historical buildings to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Develop detailed preservation plans and strategies for each project, taking into consideration the building's unique features and historical significance
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to execute preservation projects according to plan
- Ensure that all preservation work is done in compliance with local regulations and guidelines for historical structures
- Source and select appropriate materials for restoration work, ensuring authenticity and durability
- Monitor progress of preservation projects, making necessary adjustments as needed to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of all work done on each building or structure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restoration or preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historical architecture styles, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with local regulations for preserving historical buildings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1600/month (part-time)
