Preservation Architect (Contract)



A reputable architecture firm in Khanpur is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in historic preservation and restoration projects, as well as a deep understanding of architectural design principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historic buildings and sites
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for restoration projects
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Utilize advanced technology and software to create detailed designs and plans
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
The position is based in Khanpur. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
