Sales Manager - Khanpur
As a Sales Manager in Khanpur, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with them. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for our company. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Attend industry events to represent the company and promote our products/services
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus attractive commission structure.
Contract:
This is a contract job with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
