Merchandiser Supervisor


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising activities in our company, ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure they follow company standards and guidelines
- Plan and execute product placement and displays in accordance with marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality, stock levels, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional plans and strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary: 1700$ per month (with accommodation)
