Database Administrator - La-Condamine, Monaco



We are currently recruiting for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's database systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring data security and integrity, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making recommendations for database improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement database systems to meet the needs of our company
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any database issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and maintenance
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and provide necessary support
- Make recommendations for database improvements and implement changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies related to databases

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of database structure, theories, principles, and practices
- Experience with SQL and other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation is not provided. The working hours are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. This is an urgent position so we require candidates who are able to start immediately.
