Part-Time Moderator



As a Part-Time Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online community in Copenhagen. Your main role will be to monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of moderation, with flexible working hours and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform, including posts, comments, and private messages.
- Enforce community guidelines by removing any inappropriate or offensive content.
- Respond to user queries and reports in a timely manner.
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of online safety and community guidelines.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a monthly salary of 1600$. In addition, we offer visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.

Location:
This role is based in Copenhagen but can also be done remotely.
